Managed a team of technicians to minimize the interruption of production pace caused by the Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) in the manufacturing line. Upbringing the team performance as a supervisor by working on various initiatives with the team to improve the operation efficiency and conduciveness of the working environment. Liaising with various departments to carry out additional tasks to meet the operation needs. Other ad-hoc tasks such as preparation for company celebration were also handled well in addition to the main daily operational duties. Led a project to tackle the safety concerns during CM/PM work on a tool due to its design limitations. This project reduces the overall manhour required to address the safety concern by 70%, enabling more time to focus on the CM/PM task. Involved in planning and coordinated all the activities impacting AMHS during Fab Major SIPP to ensure minimal impact to AMHS and manufacturing pace.

Keppel Internship Programme (Engineering) Jan–Jul 2019 • Learnt about the day-to-day operations of the Power Plant and Waste to Energy Plant, as well as the various kinds of engineering equipment used in these plants • Exposed to the operations of the various Keppel Infrastructure’s business during rotations around different departments • Organised and executed a Kickstart event in Keppel Capital, for the Mini Action Learning project assigned by the Keppel People Services department. This Kickstart event aimed to enhance employee engagement in Keppel. Executed a Kickstart Event in Keppel Capital that aims to enhance the employee engagement and interaction through a series of board games during lunchtime

Production Assembler and Inspector (Part Time) May 2018 • Learnt about assembly and quality inspection in a circuit board production line. • Learnt about the importance of having assembly standards and having good communication with the co-workers along the production line.

National University of Singapore, King Edward VII Hall 62nd Junior Common Room Committee (JCRC), Internal Sports Director • Spearheaded in a change on how proposals are done for all the sports CCAs in hall to improve the communication between the sports leaders and JCRC. There was more mutual understanding of the problem faced by the sports leaders and JCRC. This helped to smoothen the administrative process within the sports sector. • In charge of the planning and execution of trainings, budgeting, organisation and management of facilities, deconflicting venue with CCAs sector and organising sporting event. • Took charge of liaising with external vendor for Interhall Game Jersey for the entire hall
