Designed and implemented the Perception Regression Test framework, streamlining the validation process for algorithm updates and ensuring system stability. Led the regression testing strategy for Traffic Participants, specifically targeting the detection accuracy and recall rates for vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists.

- In a PoC (Proof of Concept) project involving competition among multiple companies, we won the customers recognition through an in-depth understanding of their needs and relentless effort, which led to orders for several subsequent projects. - In the PoC project, Using a multi-sensor coordinated approach, we not only reduced the aisle width required for operation, but also helped the client increase the plot ratio. Additionally, we successfully became the first company in China to launch an automatic forward-moving forklift. Throughout the entire project, from requirement analysis to the determination of technical solutions, as well as project management, development and on-site testing, ensured a seamless transition and successful delivery of the entire project. - Implemented an efficient planning algorithm that improved operational efficiency, get task from wms, take pallet from gate, drop it on the ASRS converyor belt.

- Spearheaded the development and maintenance of advanced simulation systems, accelerating L2/L4/Parking project timelines and reducing testing costs. - Implement the sensor simulation (Lidar, Camera, ...) results, enabling effective Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing. The High-fidelity fisheye camera simulation using CUDA and HLSL, providing a foundation for end-to-end training. - Curated and managed an extensive simulation case library, encapsulating a wide array of complex road conditions, which enabled the decision-making department to mitigate corner-case risks effectively.
