Establish and lead the multi-functional team to advance the development of multiple clinical stage drug candidates independently or jointly with collaboration partners in global. Accountable for development/regulatory strategy formulation and execution in China, including budget management. To identify promising potential drug candidates with the focus to meet Chinese patients needs from scientific and medical perspectives. Being a core member in the company leadership team, contribute in setting up a start-up biotech company from the perspectives of organization, pipelines, and cultures.

Established a new organization and built up the infrastructure to enable innovative medicines clinical development and registration in China, including the functional teams of regulatory affairs, clinical development, clinical operations, drug safety, biometrics, clinical pharmacology, QA. Progressed 2 NCEs development and 1 505b2 product, from local tech transfer to phase 1 and phase 3 stage. Established business development team and capability to in-license innovative drug candidates and products (including genetics) to expand company pipeline and portfolio. Completed 3 transactions.

Worked in BMS headquarter medical and development organization, as the medical lead for 6 prioritized markets which locate in Latcan and Asia regions, also worked as a physician in one diabetes compound global development team.
