Gen AI - partnered with frontier model builders to scope and execute on strategic data programs with expertise in tool use/agentic workflows, coding, math,reasoning, RAG/long context, multimodal, and multi-lingual domains. AVCV - led 0 -> 1 strategic products for AV/ADAS, AR/VR/XR, and data collection efforts. Promoted from Strategic Products Lead -> Manager, Strategic Product Management -> Head of Strategic Product Management, accountable for $O(9) ARR.

Drove international expansion efforts for Amazon FreeVee, collaborating with 8+ product/tech teams to launch in UK+DE across various platforms.

Managed migration of RDS/Aurora fleet to new SSL/TLS certs for X million DB instances across hundreds of thousands of customers. Developed roadmap for public key infrastructure upgrades ensuring fleet health for up to 100 years. Shipped Database Activity Streams and confidential product for high sensitivity database workloads.

Led the development of AWS Investments, a product to manage promotional and contractual credits for 100+ programs, totaling >$XX billion. Defined a 3yr roadmap for sales/territory planning product and delivered a secure file sharing solution for AWS sales organization.

Directed all areas of the YourMechanic experience including web and mobile consumer facing apps, mechanic app, in-house CRM, and SEO.

Launched and scaled customer success operations, resulting in 300% improvement in service levels, 40% improvement in agent performance, while reducing costs by 50%. Directed a team of ops managers and individual contributors, setting goals and OKRs. Partnered with engineering and product teams to drive internal product development.

Led Robinhood API integrations with business partners (Quantopian, StockTwits, Rubicoin, and Openfolio). Collaborated with product team to define and scope additional API requirements.
