Accountable for infill planning and reservoir management in Projects Ursa and Kaikias. • Identified injector / producer locations for infill planning in Ursa via simulated scenarios, PTA, logs, and seismic data. • Validated well operation envelope through latest PTA interpretation for Project Kaikias. • Evaluated and updated depleted reservoir pressure, assuring water injector spudding as planned.

Consultant to Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) for Jurassic Gas field of 150 producers with 200 MMBOE/D production and annual budget for 15+ deep drilling rigs, 5 workover rigs, and 10+ monthly rigless activities. • Led and delivered 2 years production forecast on monthly basis through collaboration across organizational boundaries of KOC (10 teams) and Shell team (40 staff on 4 teams). • Improved efficiency 50% by scripting tools to automate forecast, empower local staff for autonomy, and facilitate audit process. • Achieved roadmap to doubling gas production within 2 years’ timeframe through standardizing forecasting workflow to drive accountabilities for framed opportunities and identified risks. • Unlocked 100 MMscf/d potential (20% gas production increase) through performance lookbacks.

Global RE support for explorations and acquisitions in onshore and deepwater settings. Permian non-operated RE for performance analysis, benchmarking, and partner influencing. • Served as lead RE on 5 acquisition evaluations in fast-paced environment and tight deadlines, including: - 1 Permian Midland Basin potential acquisition of Endeavor ($26B value in Feb 2024). - 1 $0.2B acquisition strengthened Shell Argentina shale position strategically. • Coordinated and supported Permian non-operated production forecasting for resources booking and business planning (0.7B BOE proved and contingent volumes). - Led Permian depletion and interference studies to reach simple empirical correction via 10K+ CI wells and 100 Shell deep-dive wells, generating 20-30% incremental potentials. • Standardized simulation workflow for production forecast/development concepts, applying it to 7 global tight / shales reservoirs. • Interfaced with partners Anadarko, Oxy, Talisman, and Ultra, influencing drilling locations, well spacing, fracking design, and multi-reservoir co-development strategy. • Achieved up to 20% additional oil recovery by establishing CMG GEM capability for Brazil’s pre-salt reservoir in Santos Basin and testing alternative gas management strategy.

Lead RE on Permian, Eagle Ford, and Marcellus assets (annual budget of $1-1.5B), responsible for all operated / non-operated / industry work in assigned area (usually 1/3 of annual budget), including production surveillance (1K+ wells), development optimization (15+ pilots / trials), acreage trades and farming during tenure. • Led 2.5-rig development program in 10K-acres University Land lease in Delaware Basin for 2 years. • Transformed and improved Shell Permian Basin database to SQL-based, enabling automatic update, quick analysis, and optimal visualization. • Increased manpower efficiency 3X by establishing standardized workflow to develop type curves for business planning and reserves estimation. • Saved $50-$100M unflavored Capex expenditure annually, based on recommended well participation decisions and development scenarios via economic screening. • Built fit-for-purpose models via simulation / RTA / DCA, supporting fast decision making on field ruling, commercial deals, performance analysis, and disposal water injectivity. • Characterized reservoir permeability for improved production forecasting via PTA and RTA interpretation.

Key RE support to in-situ upgrade process (IUP) test-to-commercial and Peace River Development via numerical modeling and pattern optimization. • Built well pattern / phased-heating optimization workflow from scratch, leading to: o Additional $1.4B NPV to Grosmont IUP. o Extra $0.4B NPV to Peace River IUP, and accelerated payout time by 2 years. • Identified / ranked key subsurface / surface uncertainties as success enablers. • Assessed and ranked H2 involved thermal recovery technology against SAGD and VSD as Peace River development Phase concept.
