Designing and delivering technical training programs for customers, including distributors, installers, and service partners, to ensure competence in product installation, commissioning, maintenance, and diagnostics. Service Operation & Hotline Management Managing technical hotline support and coordinating with authorized service partners to deliver prompt, high-quality resolutions for customer issues. Service Commercial Management Leading negotiations with customers on service contracts and commercial terms to ensure alignment with both customer expectations and internal business objectives. Creating tiered availability service packages and defining SLA parameters, such as uptime guarantees, response times, and support levels tailored to different customer needs. Developing and standardizing commercial workflows related to service sales, warranty upgrades, and post-sales support across both Distribution and C&I segments.

Huawei Carrier Network Business Group Marketing & Solution Sales – Wireless Network & Cloud Core (Eurasia Region) Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Mongolia, Russia Led cross-functional teams across the Eurasia region to manage Cloud Core and IT product portfolios, aligning solution development with evolving telecom market demands.
