Familiar with charter carrier negotiation, capacity planning and actual loading plan implementation. Successfully planned and operated multiple wide body charters from US to Asia. • Implement and oversee subcontractor management, from selection, contract, approval and performance evaluation; TSA/CBP compliance coordinator, make sure branch operation compliance w/o discrepancy. • Kept, developed, trained, and coached a high-performing team, improving operational performance and customer service.
