• Applied single-cell sequencing techniques to study immune cell activation and immune cell profiles in IBD patients. • Applied HiC to study how genome folding influences T cell and B cell development.

• Team leader of the pro bono consulting project for a single-molecule sequencer startup. Conducted competitor and market size analysis. Designed and performed interviews on sequencing centers, hospitals and doctors. Helped the client to prioritize their research target.
