Lead the PROTAC and small molecule drug discovery projects; -Design and execute in vitro biology assays (enzymatic, biochemical, and cellular assays) to evaluate potency, selectivity and mechanism of action of small molecule compounds -Design and execute in vivo pharmacology studies to evaluate the efficacy and PK/PD correlations of the drug candidates in animal models; -Design and execute toxicology studies of the drug candidates; -Guide and manage junior team members to advance ongoing projects; -Work closely with senior management team for people development and resource allocation

Responsibilities (platform leader): contribute to overall project strategy, goals and execution, coordinate cross-functions and/or cross-sites activities especially during hit-finding stage, responsible for assay development, hit identification, MoA studies and SAR compound profiling, present key results in local and global project meetings; Research Areas: Target protein degradation by PROTAC and molecule glue; Enzyme inhibitors (methytransferase, lipase, protease); Disruptors for protein-protein interactions;

Responsibilities (Core team member): provide line function expertise including data interpretation and project impact, responsible for assay development, hit-triage, MoA studies and SAR compound profiling, present key results in local and global project meetings; Research Areas: Enzyme inhibitors (methytransferases, oxi-reducrase), Disruptors for protein-protein interactions;
