• Set up project management plans with project direction, work breakdown structure, critical path, timeline, and budget, etc. Arrange meetings with clear agendas and follow-up action items • Implement contractual aspects of the project, direct the technical production work of the project team (such as reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, environmental impact studies, and CAD/GIS design and construction documents), and conduct field investigations to identify process needs and solutions • Promote effective teamwork. Mentor team members, assess work assignments and provide direction/training • Act as the primary contact for the client and invite client feedback to verify client needs are being met • Collaborate with Service Line Leaders and Principals on work sharing and business development • Analyze lessons learned from the current projects and make improvements for future implementation.

• Coordinate with Envision-certified professionals across the continent. • Identify market opportunities, and provide workshops for project managers/client managers to effectively communicate the value of Envision to clients. • As a certified Envision trainer, assist strategic selection of staff based on business needs, and provide training to build Envision workforce. • Inform leadership in America continent about the latest Envision trends and developments. • Support proposals and projects in align with Envision and/or sustainability. • Map Envision framework across business units and service lines. Foster synergy for embedding sustainability into service lines. • Monitor market trends and collaborate with the marketing team to showcase company's capacity for delivering Envision-certified projects.

• Organize events and workshops that promote inclusion and diversity. • Serve as a liaison among ERG members and company leadership. • Foster partnerships with other ERGs, groups, and external organizations to form synergy and maximize impacts. • Manage ERG's budget, and monitor/report on the progress.

• Analyze how Internal Water Storage affects Best Management Practices (BMPs) under the guidance of Dr. Lauren McPhillips (Civil and Environmental Engineering professor at Penn State) with help from Dr. Arash Massoudieh (Professor and Chair at The Catholic University of America), Dr. Cibin Raj (Agricultural Engineering professor at Penn State), Dr. Alfonso Mejia (Civil and Environmental Engineering professor at Penn State) • Study water-related concepts such as hydraulics, hydrology, water resource management, water quality, and water security • Participate in various student groups: o Workshop Lead for Penn State Association of Water Student Committee o Active member in Women in Engineering group o Active member in Women in Science group o Event Planner for Engineers in Action o Active member of Concrete Canoe Team
