ModeX Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing innovative multispecific biologics for cancer and infectious disease. I am responsible for shaping the overall strategy with company leaders, and striving for both scentific and execution excellence. I provide strategic, operational consultations and solutions, and serve as senior advisors for biopharmaceutical and biotechnology companies; my focuses are 1. shaping development and operations strategy, sharpening project/organizational focuses, developing corresponding integrated execution/operational plans; working with management to solve problems and overcome challenges; developing long-range strategic plan for biotech companies; 2. Helping companies to expand globally (NA, EU, Asia/EM, particularly China) to access/secure the right expertise and build the right teams; building up biotech capabilities; 3. Developing and incorporating digital technologies, innovative development pathways and study designs; improving productivity and accelerating development cycle time; 4. Developing and mentoring leaders, particularly, global leaders with diverse culture/skills.
