• Responsible for the department strategy design, presales bidding, service delivery, department finance kpi achievement and customer relationship management. • Manage an international team (European, African and Chinese) about 10 people to deliver and maintain the Online Charging System (OCS)/ Value Add System (VAS) in On Premise (OP) mode for Bouygues Telecom, SFR and in cloud SaaS (Software as a Service) mode for Coriolis Telecom. • Supervise the whole delivery project lifecycle including requirement clarification, hardware installation, version development, software build, integration, test, migration/upgrade and babysitting phase. • Control the delivery scope to be in line with the contract and customer expectation. Proven experience on continuously improving delivery project finance kpi. • Internal report about the department operation progress/help-seeking/result to the local office/HQ upper management till President and Vice president level. • Coordinate with Presales and Sales team, responsible for the RFP/RFQ service part answering including the service solution preparation, clause review, cost evaluation, risk/assumption management and price quotation. • Lead team to explore the local call center software market from scratch, work with local sales team to hunt the new customer in different occasions , dig leads, organize workshops and converts lead to opportunities, finally gain the PO.

- Lead the onsite and remote team to do the delivery and maintenace project for the Bangladesh top operators, successfully deliver multiple charging system merging project during the two local operator's merging period, with customer's highly appraisal. -Take responsibility for the delivery project of carrier's charging system (OCS), VAS solution design ,HLD preparation, LLD design (including Infra level & Service level). Working environment is Suse Linux and Oracle/Mysql/Gaussdb. . - Report regularly to the internal and external key stakeholder. Cooperate with the worldwide implementation team to do the troubleshooting during the integration, test, launch and handover phase. - Maintain the live system, work with the local and remote service team to close SR(Service Request) of customer or emergency incidents.
