Implement therapeutic regimens involving medications and other intervention Lead a diverse team of medical and administrative professionals in day-to-day clinic activities such as patient care, new business development, and patient relations. Head the technical and operational aspects of the ER clinic. Monitor the section budgets and expenses. Providing First Aid training and health awareness lessons. Monitor the medical audit.

The project funded by WHO plans visitation to evaluate assigned areas, reaching more than 80+ healthcare facilities in remote areas of Gilgit, Baltistan. Review questionnaire submissions using CS entry & HF Mapping software for accuracy.

Rotate around various specialities, i.e., General Medicine, General Surgery, Urology, and Nephrology, for three months each. Execute emergency diagnostic procedures, including stomach suction, airway management, ETT insertion, fine needle aspiration, biopsy, and lumbar puncture Train in basic life support skills, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation, oxygen therapy, wound care, patient history elicitation, and splinting.
