- Responsible for direction, planning and execution for the Project (350000 TPA Chinese HV Direct Rolling Mill, 3-strand 6/11MTR CCM & 25Tonx2 Star induction Furnaces) site operations. - Oversee day-to-day operations and follow-up with the fabrication teams. - Communicating with contractors, vendors, purchasers and import department. - Managing store, generating local and international demands and Steel Mill machinery import technical operations. - Lead technical discussions with vendor during proposal, project phases and follow up on technical scope of work of vendors & support project teams. - Coordinating with Chinese principle companies BOLONG/HENAN WEIHUA for changes in documents, machinery drawings and project master plan layout. - Reviewing the project documents relating to machinery, procedures and policies and amend them as necessary to enhance the overall efficiency and profitability of the project. - Familiar with all aspects of management including manpower & material planning, process optimization and adoption of steel industry best practices. - Implementing Safety Policies of the company and ensure all organization policies, rules and regulations are strictly followed and ensure all employees are working in a safe environment. - Coordinate with all department in assessing the issues, conduct root-cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions. - Oversee recruitment and training of new employees. - Coordinating with the CEO, Group Executive Director and General Managers of Sugar Mill in order to cater to their priority, plan erection and fabrication schedules and forecasting.

- Ensure smooth running of plant & production process of steel in Direct Roll. - Operation and Maintenance of Induction Furnaces, Re-heating furnace, 5 Mtr CCM, pollution control plant, rolling stands, cooling bed and overhead cranes. - Maintenance of all mechanical stationary and rotating equipment i.e. pumps, blowers, conveyors, cooling towers, compressors, hydraulic (power pack, jacks, proportional and solenoid valves, variable and fix displacement pumps, gear pumps, piston and vane pumps) & Pneumatic (valves and cylinders). - Supervising CNC notching, lathe, milling, boring, shaper m/c workshop. - Erection/fabrication, commissioning and Installation of new projects. - Working with vendors on new projects, prepare BOQ’s & cost estimations. - Lead technical discussions with vendor during proposal, project phases and follow up on technical scope of work of vendors & support process engineers. - Control and check the equipment's, installations, material at various interventions stages using measuring devices. - Drawing all type of mill Layouts, equipment & parts drawings in Auto-cad. - Preparation, submission of performance and troubleshooting reports to General Manager and participate in engineering meetings. Project Engineer for EPC & BOQ of Melting shop Fazal Steel Mill 2016 - 2017 - Supervising installation of 10 & 12 ton Induction furnaces, Pollution control plants, pumping station, cooling section, heat ex-changers, pipelines and overhead cranes. - Design and complete fabrication of furnace Dog house, scrap charging hydraulic trolley & Vibratory feeder. Project Manager for EPC & BOQ of 5Mtr CCM (Direct Roll Project 2022-23) - Supervising installation and commissioning of 8 ton Induction furnace, 100x75ft Shed, pollution control plant, pumping station, cooling section, and pipe lines. - Supervising fabrication and complete installation of 5Mtr CCM. - Design and complete fabrication of furnace Dog house and Ladle Car for transportation.
