What I’ve seen over the years is a consistent gap between packaging development and execution. Strong ideas often don’t translate well into production.The industry is still fragmented. Design, engineering, manufacturing, and logistics are often disconnected, which leads to inefficiencies and compromises along the way.At Zenpack, we focus on closing that gap by bringing together design, engineering, and global manufacturing into a more integrated process. This helps teams move from concept to production with greater clarity and consistency.In the age of AI, we’re also trying to understand how better systems can lead to better packaging decisions and ultimately better outcomes. This is something my team and I are continuously learning and refining.Building better systems takes time, especially when it comes to helping brands find the right balance between performance, cost, and more sustainable packaging decisions.There’s still a lot to figure out, and that’s part of what keeps it interesting.
