Zenith Phankova

Zenith Phankova graduated from University of Pelita Harapan in 2010, majoring in Business Law, with the predicate of Magna Cum Laude. During the college period, she joined international moot court competition, i.e. Asia Cup (a moot court competition held by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan), passed the national round in Indonesia and then proceeded to the international round held in Tokyo, Japan. As a result, she managed to obtain the award as Top 10 Speakers. Aside from her experience in mooting, she also participated in coordinating several events to improve her teamworking skills and other soft skills. She was also awarded with an Outstanding Achievement Award in an internal university event and obtained the opportunity to be granted with 100% scholarship for a semester. Promptly after graduated from University of Pelita Harapan, she joined Hakim & Rekan (a firm specializing in oil and gas) as an intern for 2 months. After the internship experience in Hakim & Rekan, she joined Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partners (an affiliate of Baker & McKenzie) in May 2010 as an intern which then was recruited as trainee associate immediately after completing the internship. She then joined Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partners as an associate in Finance & Project Practice Group, specialising in Project side which deals with mining, construction and other related project matters. She also deals with acquisition of various companies. During her employment in Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partners, she was involved in Recruitment team. She has passed the advocate bar examination held by Indonesian Advocate (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia - PERADI) in 2013 and called to the bar in 2015.
