As a tour guide, I create travel experiences by introducing the visitors locations that showcase local culture, history, and attractions in Tokyo while adapting to guests interests and schedules. I would manage each tour independently and plan routes with storytelling while also assisting guests with any question to ensure every guest enjoys a friendly, informative, and authentic experience throughout their tour.

As a travel consultant, I worked closely with agents to manage client itineraries, coordinating details such as destinations, tours, accommodations, and special requests to ensure a smooth and well organized experience. I developed and refined itineraries in collaboration with clients, making adjustments as needed until they were fully satisfied prior to their arrival in Japan.

I monitored order screens to track food items and ensure each dish was delivered to the correct table in a timely manner. I would coordinate closely with food runners, directing orders efficiently to maintain smooth service in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, I supported team members as needed during busy periods to help ensure overall operations ran smoothly and guests received a positive dining experience.

Working in a fast-paced restaurant, I cooperated closely with my coworkers to make sure everything was done on time before the next guests arrived. I interacted with customers and helped with whatever they needed during their visit. I also focused on keeping the restaurant clean and organized so guests had a good first impression and could enjoy watching the chefs do their performances with no worry.

Communicating with guest to take orders of customers behind the counter and also help package all to-go order food. Also being able to take phone orders from customers who are wanting to have their orders to go. Would help keep the area to be clean and tidy for customers to be able to sit down. Also worked as a part time cashier where learned the fundamentals of using a cashier.
