* Key Responsibilities: * Assist Regional Heads in conducting Regional Service Meetings. * Designing / Prepare training manuals for front end staff of the bank. * Carrying out orientations for new hirees into the department. * Assist Manager Analytics & Budgeting in planning and implementation of External Service Measurement Programs. * Liaison with External agencies in conducting different programs such as Mystery Shopping (MSP) and Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS). * Conduct quarterly visits of Consumer segments and branches for Commercial monitoring purpose. * Monitoring, compilation and presentation of results of consumer and commercial areas of monitoring throughout the various segments of the bank. * Manage all administrative tasks * Conduct analysis in different areas of responsibility. * Prepare bi-monthly newsletter for the Group. * Training attended: * The Art of Growth (by Sitwat Farrukh)

* Liaison with Human Resource Department for all matters regarding Internal Audit Department. * Assisting in Staff Training and Coordination with internal and external Trainers. * Managing all HR related activities of the department. Short listing candidates for Interviews. Compiling / updating the HR data base of all the talent of the Department. Keeping record of Leaves, Staff Finance, Travel Allowances and Outsourced Staff Salaries. * Preparing papers / presentations for Quarterly Board Audit Committee (BAC). * Preparing papers / presentations for the Monthly Control Committee of all Group Executives of the Bank. * Preparing Monthly Activity Report (MAR) for the BAC consisting of Analysis of all Audit Reports released during monitoring period. * Preparing Monthly Analysis of Soiled/ Unsorted Notes for the President of the Bank. * Assisting Head Quality Assurance in compilation and submission of record to State Bank of Pakistan for Annual Audit. * Assisting teams in conducting Audits in Head Office based departments.
