1. Inspection of aluminium plates material for ship building at PT Bintang Timur Samudera - Tested material using Universal Testing Machine, determined CSA and guide line of the tested material, and determined the value of elongation, reduction of area, yield strength, and tensile strength of tested materials - Analyzed the values obtained with the rules of BKI Volume V 2018, Rules for Material Sec.4.B.6.2; yield strength analysis earned value of 8.02% above the minimum value. Calculatuion successfully accepted by Senior Surveyor to be continued for the next examination 2. Inspection welding surface on the hull of 1100 GT ferry at PT Dewa Ruci Agung - Performed assessment of welding equipments, technical preparation, design preparation, and welding work on ship’s hull; adapted the welding process to WPS variables comprised heat treatment and welding parameters (current, voltage, welding speed, and welding position) - Observed on each layer of the weld path to see the appearance of the weld, identified the possible distortions in the weld, and facilitated Senior Surveyor includes report and preparation of welding inspection

1. Replating at main deck and hull (project 1: roll on/roll off ship repair) - Adapted the material cutting with accuracy to the drawing plan above 97%; refered the construction calculation on the replated part by the original calculation - Tested the watertightness of the replated parts using Hoose Test method; generated watertightness rate of 0.8% lower than calculated 2. Replating at skeg and foil (project 2: ferry repair) - Supervised the bending of damaged foil at construction workshop and the welding at building berth for a week - Generated a report on the skeg and foil repair process with Head of Construction Workshop
