Zee Zheng is the CEO of Paramount Matter Holdings, a Singapore-headquartered mineral exploration and production group operating across Africa. PMH combines proprietary geological data, machine learning, and modern ore deposit models to convert underexplored ground into producing assets — pairing systematic exploration of new districts with cash-flowing production in established ones.Prior to mining, Zee co-founded SpaceChain, where he led seven satellite missions and three active payloads on the ISS — experience he now applies to remote sensing, exploration data infrastructure, and operations technology.Zee has been recognized in Forbes Asia 30 Under 30 (Enterprise Technology) and Singapore's Entrepreneur 100 , and has spoken at Bloomberg, BBC, and the Milken Institute. He is a Senior Executive Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School and a Lee Kuan Yew Senior Fellow at the National University of Singapore. He holds an MA from Columbia University and is an alum of MIT Sloan.
