I have developed & executed Engagement and Diversity Strategies for Intuit , my previous employer. I have also been an integral part of Intuit India’s Journey of becoming India’s No.1 Company. As a leader to Employee Networks and through innovative people programs we have managed to retain our top ranking. As a former Senior Lead - HR Business Partner at Infosys, I have led change management programs and helped business leaders create an engaged and productive workforce. With strong experience in HR processes and practices, I was involved in end-to-end employee lifecycle management. I have developed & executed key HR automation projects, Leadership Connect tools, and a program to identify high potential. Through proactive retentions, innovative problem-solving approach, strong people connect and authentic leadership I have helped my business leaders and HR team bring in their best at work. n 2018, the World HRD Congress honoured me with the Global Top 100 Diversity and Inclusion Leader award. I am also a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Professional.
