Was bored 2 weeks into COVID so started giving online fitness classes. Quickly grew to 300 monthly clients & hired 7 trainers. Sold 5000 granola bars at a loss of PKR 150/bar lol. Shut down when I was headed to university and realised: a) wasn't scalable b) high churn in trainer groups c) I needed to know way more about fitness Great experience. 10/10.
