-Supervise daily operations of the (Reicofil) Nonwoven fabric production line (Spunbond & Meltblown), ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols. -Handle Non-conformance issues and Quality Alerts, investigating the root causes and implementing corrective actions to maintain product quality and compliance with company standards. -Ensure proper changeovers between production runs, implementing efficient procedures and minimizing downtime to maintain consistent production flow. -Lead and coordinate shift teams, providing guidance on operational procedures, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. -Oversee the implementation of 5S and FIFO principles within the plant, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient production environment. -Maintain detailed production records, ensuring accurate documentation of output, quality checks, and any deviations, while reporting shift performance to management for further analysis and action, with a focus on Vision Cognex system data for quality analysis. -To complete all the other task on time assigned by Concern Managers.

-To support & lead the daily shift activities in the production process as planned. -To maintain the equipment in standard condition to prevent breakdowns. -To create ,execute & keep up to date the production plan as per monthly forecast. also coordinate with customers to stay up to date for plan changes. -To maintain the good safety stock of semi finish & Raw materials to keep the line ready for high demand ready from different Costumers. -To open/close daily production Orders in LN System, Generating PR,s & Packaging Slips to maintain order supply on time for Customer to avoid delays. -To maintain the (Physical Vs System) stock. & Monthly Inventory Support. -To built continuous improvement culture with team members and process. -To conduct (Daily/Weekly) progress meeting with operator & management. Keep maintain the good housekeeping and working standards on Plant. -To complete all other tasks assigned by the department HOD, HR, Quality Head.

Supervising the assigned Section & their Production Processes.(Granulation , Compression, Coating , Blending , Milling, Encapsulation)+ Change Overs according to SOP,s & GMP Standard. To Schedule the daily production Plan for Current Day&Night Shifts.

Tasks/Responsibilities • Responsible for machine operation & Product Quality. • To maintain production Floor according to cGMP Standards. • Daily Arrangement of labor from external resource. • Utilize Labor according to daily production schedule. • Arrangement of all Resources (Raw & Packaging) materials. • Production Monitoring according to SOP. • Arrangement of Finish Good Product. (FIFO). •To complete all other task on time assigned by HOD.

Department: Advance Welding Shop Tasks/Responsibilities • Assure Daily Supply on time. •Assure Zero Rejection Targets. • Maintain production safety stock. • Training & evaluation of team members. • 5S & Kizen implementation in Department. • Keep up-to-date all departmental documents(SOP,WIS,)etc • Dealing with Internal & External Audits and fulfill all requirement of ISO & IATF regarding new standards. • Take countermeasures against Break Downs. • Utilizing efforts towards right direction to achieved department goals. • To complete all other task on time assigned by HOD.

Department: Shocks & Struts (Tube Line) Tasks/Responsibility • Lead the production line as per production plan. • Machine Operating. ( CNC-Lathe , Hydraulic Press , Auto Chauffeuring Machine , Hydraulic Stamping ) • Incoming/Finish material inventory management. • Assisting Senior Operators in Line Operation regarding production and machine maintenance. • Keep update all process reports on production line. • Generating machine complaints , store material requisition , purchase order PR , to concern departments.
