The platform streamlined budget worksheet consolidation, approval routing, version control, and board-level financial planning. • Supported enterprise operational planning by implementing centralized budgeting workflows covering quantitative and financial forecasting, multi-level approvals, and transparent budget versioning across enterprise business unit. • Partnered with business leaders to align technology delivery with regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements.
