Brief Job Description : Finance and Accounts Functions  Handling all accounting operations - Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Treasury, Cost and Inventory Accounting  Managing the preparation of budget and financial forecasts, reporting variances and suggesting strategies  Preparing financial statements, variance analysis and month end closing reports  Excellent knowledge of UAE Custom and VAT laws. Guaranteeing compliance with tax audits, accurate payments and returns  Ensuring margin improvement amongst all variances by suggesting potential solutions on cost transformation, pricing strategy and product analysis, all while liaising with the marketing and supply teams  Establishing accounting policies in compliance with the IFRS  Managing cash flow and external stakeholders: banks etc.  Handling credit control function by overseeing and maintaining compliance of the organization’s credit policy, credit outstanding and providing legal actions whenever necessary

Brief Job Description : Management Reporting Function  Prepare reports on weekly, monthly or annual basis including cash flows, budgets, bank positions, product costing, expense details, payments approvals  Monitor, control and seek appropriate approvals for all capital expenditures  Insurance of Company’s assets, employee’s health and life etc.  Receivables & payable management including aging reminders and treatment for over aging.  Keep complete compliance with company policies for the benefit of the employees and the company.  Preparation and timely disbursement of monthly payroll with complete tax compliance.  Physical verification of company's assets from time to time  Overall supervision of quarterly stock taking and management accounts.  Pre Order Costing and Post Order Costing and analysis of variance between them.  Making Feasibility Reports  Making Monthly Profitability Order wise and Customer wise

• Costing, Valuation of Stock on quarterly basis, Working for Allocation of FOH • Determining ways and means to drive cost efficiencies and bring about overall reduction in the cost of production. • Preparation of Financial Statements of Provident Fund Accounts. • ERP Software used to maintain Accounts and Stocks. • Preparation and submission of different reports as per statutory requirement • Monitoring invoicing, payment and recovery • Maintaining and Controlling Order Status Report. • System development for effective operations
