Co-authored article discussing the role of disposition in classrooms and how preservice assessments can measure the dispositions of teacher candidates to ensure they are qualified to become teachers.

Create practices and meet lineups for team. Help swimmers in planning long and short term goals for individuals and the team to accomplish. Develop swimmers as students and athletes.

Coach 11-12 year old swimmers developing their skills in the water and their personal life. Planned for short and long term success of the team. Worked with other coaches to develop a strong program.

Create a positive and welcoming environment for campers. Teach lessons to 4-8 campers developing swimming skills from beginners to strong swimmers.
