Responsible for HashKey Trading and Exchange’s OTC Payment Solution. Conduct peer-to-peer fiat-crypto transaction matching, monitor real-time order flows and payment channel stability to mitigate trading risks. Communicate closely with institutional and retail clients to resolve payment discrepancies, clarify settlement rules and address transaction inquiries timely. Collaborate with compliance, risk and technical teams to enforce regulatory AML/CFT standards, optimize payment processing workflows. Track market liquidity, analyze trading data and propose operational improvements to boost transaction efficiency while securing fund and asset safety
