* Liaise with the relevant authorities, Client, consultants and sub-contractors. * Co-ordinates with consultants, Sub-contractor, clients and other on all M&E matters, ensuring compliance with requirements, specifications and ensure the project is on schedule. * Coordinate and cooperate with the structural and Architectural to resolve all drawing/ site discrepancies or technicality issues. * Others ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors from time to time. * Prepare M&E Shop Drawing, CSD and Structure Penetration for approval and ensure on-site M&E works are on schedule. * Production and submission of drafts/ final M&E shop-drawing, material catalogue and method of statements. * Attend Coordination meeting, Progress meeting and Technical meeting. * Arrangement of work accordingly to work program. * Monitor work progress and prepare progress reports to the manager. * Arrangement of site M&E temporary facilities * Preparing M&E CONQUAS sample for BCA CONQUAS inspection. * Work done verification for progress claim

* Monitor and supervise contractors on preparation, installation, testing and commissioning. * Coordinate all site related matters and work closely with various parties including manager and contractors. * Maintain timely work schedule and ensure site works are in compliance with specifications * Manage defects and rectification. * Prepare progress reports and project claim. * Any other relevant duties as and when assigned by manager.

* Supervise and Check Subcontractor’s works according to design drawing, specifications, shop drawings, method of statement and local codes and regulations. * Attending daily co-ordination meeting and co-ordinate with structure, arch and M&E sub-contractors in construction stage. * Monitoring and coordinating all M&E works (Elect, ELV, ACMV, Fire, P&S, Med Gas, Lift, Pneumatic Tube, Pneumatic Waste, Security, Audio Visual and Lighting protection) installation according to approved CSD. * Managing installation, inspection, testing and commission of M&E services installation and liaise with RTO and RE. * Co-ordination and cooperation with counterpart such as M&E, structure and architect. * Coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues. * Liaise with various stakeholders (clients, sub-contractors, etc) to ensure M&E work progress. * Handing over inspection with client and clear defects. * Solving user complaints and arranging for monthly and weekly maintenance.

* Assisting to M&E coordinator to prepare coordination drawing. * Handling & solving daily site reports from sub-contractors. * Managing installation, inspection and testing of M&E services installation and liaise with RTO. * Co-ordination and co-operation with counterpart such as M&E, structure and architect * Monitoring all M&E services installation on site * Attending site meeting and liaise with architect, consultants and sub-contractors. * Preparing the M&E progress report.

* Drawing the part of mechanical and electrical engineering services eg. air-conditioning, fire protection and electrical installation , SMRT Down Town Line , Thomson Line and Mediacorp, Jurong hospital , Changi Hospital ,South Beach Project. * Dealing with adding new and amending M&E Service on the existing architectural layouts given by engineers. * Producing M&E drawing (ACMV, FPS and EL) for tender. * Preparing M&E drawing for FSSD submission, LTA submission and BCA submission. * Coordination M&E drawings by using Microstation V8.

* Inspection of construction project (ACMV Services) * Drafting and drawing of duct line and piping. Dealing with customer * Estimating the quantity of bill, estimating the cost of material & labor , * Checking the quantity, calculation the bill of quantity & quotation ,monthly work done * Coordinating with the trades and project management team for various engineering and design requirement for project. * Supervising, maintain and updating the weekly schedule for each trade to facilitate on site construction. * Assist coordinating with Manager and Engineer.

* Responsible for concept layout design and supervision for M&E service coordination. * Drafting M&E services according engineer’s necessary. * Residential Envelop Transmittance Value (RETV) calculation for residential building * Designing submission to authority * Enveloping Thermal Transfer Value (ETTV) calculation for commercial building * Designing submission to authority. * Preparing for submission of M&E service to authority
