TD Cowen Integration Program: Global Equity Derivatives Business Integration between TD Cowen and TD Bank – Stream lead for: Implementation of TD Bank's version of SwapOne (vendor application), Integration of TD Cowen's business into TD Bank's Infrastructure. In this role I have been responsible for ensuring the delivery of an industry leading application called SwapOne (IHS Markit/S&P Global application). I have lead the vendor discussions with TD Bank Technology teams, system discovery sessions with Business leads, liaise with TD Bank Technology Teams to produce vendor Technology Requirements Documentation (FRD's) and manage vendor delivery timelines. In addition to managing the vendor relationship, I am the execution lead for the project; working closely with the Front-Office trading partners, Operations, Risk Management and Finance/Tax teams. I am responsible for documenting business requirements, process flows, escalating and mitigating Risk/Issues, Test Planning/Execution and producing regular program updates at various executive forums.

IBOR Transition Program: Legacy Trading Book Transition – Stream lead for: IBOR Models Transition, Central Funding Business Transition (CFG), Global Equity Derivatives Business Transition (GE), and overall Test Planning/Execution. In this role I have been responsible for ensuring the day-to-day delivery of the 290+ models which required various enhancements across multiple business lines. Additionally, I act as the execution lead for the Central Funding Business, Global Equity Derivatives Business as well as the Test Planning/Execution lead across various business/technology testing initiatives. Finally, I was involved with Clearing House transitions for LCH and CME.

Working on the IBOR and CDOR Benchmark Replacement Regulation.

Responsible for delivering the Operations and Technology components for successful transition into a post BREXIT environment. Worked with stakeholders to create: - New legal entity within various tech systems (Calypso, Sophis, Murex, Bloomberg) - Enabling a new SWIFT BIC Code - Setting up new Depository relationships - Ensure that the new entity maintains regulatory compliance (MIFID, EMIR)

• System Retirement: Migrated Swaps, Swaption, CapFloor, Exotics and Bond Option products to Calypso from Summit and ensured that Ops requirements for Confirmations, Settlements, Reconciliations, Funding and Accounting were met. • Design/Build/Implemented a new settlement workflow to produce automated SWIFT Message payments (MT103, MT202, MT202COV, MT205, MT205COV). • Responsible for delivering Clearing, SEF and DS Match related initiatives. Delivering of these initiatives involve gathering functional and non-functional requirements, conducting system analysis, providing solution(s), design, build/configuring, testing, support and documentation. • Systems Utilized: ICE/Markitwire/Bloomberg/Calypso v13 • Perform Calypso Configurations (Scheduled Tasks, Risk Analysis Sets, Filter sets, Static Data, Workflows, Accounting etc.) and then prepare configuration documentation in order to promote changes. • Created an automated trade booking process between Bloomberg and Calypso. • Conduct XML Analysis as well as provide functional/non-functional requirements for xml development. • Provide first and second level application support.

Systems Utilized: • Trading Platforms: Calypso, Summit, Murex, Wallstreet • Confirmation Platforms: Scrittura, SWIFT • MS Office (Excel, Word, Project) • Oracle Developer • Develop effective and efficient solutions by researching/analysing issues, defining opportunities for business process improvements and making recommendations within assigned area of responsibility • Define, document and translate high level business requirements into detailed function specifications as outlined by IT Managers, Relationship Managers, and/or clients • Contribute to/Lead the development of project plans by participating in the scoping and estimating of proposed projects • Develop or participate in development of test scripts ensuring adherence to agreed upon business requirements and participate in the testing of developed systems/solutions • May work with end users and other Business Analysts to analyse, develop and recommend solutions to problems • Comply with the system development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodology (PMLC) - including development of project plans, documentation of system requirements, estimates of scope and cost, etc.
