As an HR Associate, I actively participate in recruitment and provide administrative support. I contribute to employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive work environment. My role includes recruitment support, record-keeping, onboarding facilitation, training coordination, HR inquiry management, and general team assistance.

As an intern at Hedcor Group, I offer essential administrative assistance in managing the daily HR operations. This includes attending job fairs to conduct initial interviews and address applicant inquiries, organizing and updating employees' 201 files, aiding in culture and engagement events to boost employee retention, and editing job advertisements for staff positions.
