* o Built Gas Refinery Plant Electrical Part from zero, launched the plant and transferred it to the customer * o Supervised 30 subcontractor electricians. * o Kept track and issue of all electrical materials and drawings * o Read electrical drawings and monitored execution of work * o Communicated with Lukoil employees and make required changes as per client’s request * o Attended the management meetings during the absence of Electrical engineer.

* o Implement approved procedures of document turnover to support planned launch of production by making timely payments to suppliers * o Track all outstanding invoices, analyze and deliver the issues to responsible department heads for corrective actions * o Compile all required documents per contract terms to meet the treasury requirements * o Generate and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to GMPT-UZ management and Uzbekistan government entities * o Post records in SAP and 1C accounting books to reflect accounting transactions * o Maintain correspondence with customs to track the delivery of equipment and goods through Government Customs Declarations * o Train less experienced employees how to use SAP

* o Perform forecasting of labor and subcontracts cost in Quickbase, analyze and explain the variances * o Perform accurate coding of Invoices through ESS Work Flow * o Perform coding of Materials ICRs to properly reflect cost elements in Maximo and Matman * o Approve or reject MRFs in Maximo, review supporting documents, code and track them in MRF tracker(PPE/PE, IMR/IPRs as well) * o Run Project SSRS table in Maximo, to report weekly approved Material Requisitions * o Perform coding of POs in Matmam * o Review and validate Labor Charges with completed New Work Orders in Maximo. * o Maintain proper codes for all employees in SAP through WAM * o Generate labor reports for each department manager * o Provide Project Controls orientations for New Hires * o Check codes and approve almost 2000 paper time sheets for a smooth process in Finance and to neatly reflect the labor hours in SAP.
