I am a dedicated Accounting student at Saint Xavier University, set to graduate in May 2027, with a passion for financial analysis, problem-solving, and supporting businesses through accurate reporting. My management experience at Chipotle and Popeyes has provided me with valuable skills in leadership, team-building, and operational efficiency. At Chipotle, I worked closely with my team to consistently achieve our "throughput goal"—the number of entrees served within 15 minutes—earning us bonuses and recognition for hitting our target every single day. Thanks to a strong work ethic and the collaborative spirit of our team, we not only met expectations but exceeded them, which also earned me a certification in recognition of our success. I was also awarded tuition reimbursement for maintaining a high level of academic performance while managing my work responsibilities. Additionally, I volunteer as president of Best Buddies, a club focused on creating inclusive environments for students with special needs, where we encourage communication and friendship-building. My leadership and volunteer experience have reinforced my belief in the importance of teamwork, empathy, and clear communication. I am excited to bring this experience and dedication to my future career as an accountant.
