I am goal oriented and ambitious when pursuing outcomes. I administer client care and crisis interventions after quickly assessing situations attempting to deescalate issues at hand. I am quick and fast on my feet if a situation arises. Communication is essential and I rely heavily on effective communication within my team and among clients. I rely heavily on Bronfenbrenners ecological theory to understand clients within the environment and how external factors affect individuals differently. Person in environment is important to understand when dealing with any population, but more specifically with vulnerable populations and populations living on the margins of society. I possess an intrinsic drive in in the development and implementation of social programs. Social policy is an influencing factor that allow individuals to access available resources. Empathy and compassion are strengths I possess that couples with a charismatic and outgoing personality that creates a synergistic drive to change social policy and work with individuals on the micro level.p
