Quantity Surveyor | Project: Opera House Stadium ● Prepared detailed quantity take-offs, measurement sheets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) in accordance with contract drawings, specifications, and NRM/POMI/SMM7 methods of measurement. ● Carried out cost planning, budgeting, and cost control, ensuring expenditure remained within the approved baseline budget and contractual allowances. ● Reviewed subcontractor quotations, prepared commercial comparison sheets, and supported negotiations to achieve cost-effective procurement decisions. ● Managed material tracking schedules, procurement trackers, and cost databases to ensure timely procurement and effective cost monitoring.

MEP Quantity Surveyor | Project: Fairmont Hotel ● Prepared MEP quantity take-offs and BOQs; administered post-contract commercial activities under FIDIC Conditions of Contract (Red Book). ● Evaluated subcontractor payment applications and supported Interim Payment Certificate (IPC) certification; maintained variation logs and change management records. ● Supported the review of contractor claims and contractual notifications under FIDIC SubClause 20.2, including entitlement review and supporting documentation. ● Assisted in assessing Extension of Time (EOT) claims and delay impacts in compliance with FIDIC sub-clause 8.4. ● Prepared and updated project cash flow forecasts, cost-to-complete reports, and monthly commercial dashboards to support financial decision-making.

Quantity Surveyor | Project: LEKHWIYA Residential Compound ● Prepared quantity take-offs, BOQs, and tender/contract documentation; issued and tracked purchase orders aligned with approved budgets and scope of work. ● Certified interim payments, reconciled executed works, and supported final account settlement in line with FIDIC Sub-Clause 14.11. ● Coordinated with engineering, procurement, and site teams to verify quantities, specifications, and rates prior to issuing POs and subcontract agreements. ● Assisted in resolving contractual disputes and commercial issues through contract interpretation, substantiation, and contractual correspondence.
