About

I am an entrepreneurial-minded, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt trained, operations and engineering executive with a passion for growing businesses, teams, and individuals through continuous improvement and the pursuit of excellence. My history of leading change and growth in manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations has given me experience in steering domestic and international multi-facility operations through periods of growth, transformation, and sometimes, crisis. I'm a resourceful leader with extensive experience in building, empowering, and leading high-performing teams, while ensuring continuous learning and personal development of teams and staff. I've been fortunate to own and operate my own businesses providing consulting and contract manufacturing services, and an orthopedic device startup. Most recently, I've been part of the executive leadership team at SunMed/AirLife through a period of growth from under $50M in annual sales to over $750M in under 10 years. This was achieved through a combination of organic growth and several key acquisitions and mergers. I'm proud to have been part of dynamic companies and amazing teams that have made a difference in the healthcare industry, improved patient outcomes, and provided great jobs and growth opportunities for their employees.
