▪ Work within the Offshore Capital Projects Department to provide guidance to the Procurement Representative and procurement and materials expertise to two mega projects ($1bn+) at initial phases. ▪ Collaborate with the project management teams to ensure all procurement procedures align with the Saudi Aramco frameworks. o Act in meetings to ensure Saipem provide a bidders list for review and approval; alternatively recommending a specific bidder in the case of existence of a Saudi manufacturer. o Oversee project review documentation, investigating and researching to ensure attainment of agreed milestones. o Promote the use of Excel as part of the project logs, showcasing upcoming tasks, closed lines of responsibilities and any further required data from either party. ▪ Identify long and short lead items from the approved RVL (Regulated Vendor List), supporting 9COM and 9CAT procurement processes. ▪ Foster and build strong and trusted relationships with Saudi Aramco peers, SMEs and contractors to develop a robust understanding of workplace protocols and practises.

Undertake Teaching Assistant and Leader responsibilities as part of the Help Sessions Programme; overseeing a team of 15 students/assistants to provide material across 2 subjects and support a total of 500 students each semester.  Create engaging lesson plans and course content aligned to lecture subject objectives, demonstrate real-world examples and relevant historical events to broaden the students' scope.  Support students to create strong essays and essay structures, critically analysing content produced and providing feedback on areas for improvement.  Utilise strong data analysis insights to showcase tangible Programme benefits to the Supervisor and University Administration.
