Zakaria Zamzami

I am a Tourism and Hospitality student at Umm Al-Qura University, dedicated to developing my academic and practical skills in the hospitality industry. Over the past three Hajj seasons, I gained valuable experience working with the General Car Syndicate, where I contributed to the success of shuttle transportation operations for Southeast Asian pilgrims. Our team achieved first place in performance, and I played an active role in the consistent success of the operation each year. I also completed hands-on training at Four Points by Sheraton, where I worked across several key departments including front office, reservations, housekeeping, and food & beverage. This experience deepened my understanding of hotel operations and enhanced my ability to adapt in dynamic environments. Currently, I work as a Team Leadr at (Coffee Address), where I continue to refine my skills in specialty coffee preparation and deliver a high-quality customer experience that reflects the kind of hospitality I personally value. I am proactive, a strong team player, and always eager to learn. I’m constantly looking to gain new experiences that will allow me to contribute meaningfully to professional teams and environments in the tourism and hospitality field.
