Zak Gravelle

I grew up in the construction field with my family owning one of the fastest growing company’s in North Georgia. By the time I was 19 I was a (working) project manager. In 2016 I relocated just north of Knoxville, TN where I started my company. In 2018 I got into house flipping & wholesaling. At the end of 2019 and the start of the pandemic which opened my schedule a little in the beginning I started working on developing a lake property. It got put on hold for awhile so I have put time in education to further my career in property development. I enjoy development because I love creating something from scratch, ground-up projects have always peaked my interests, and also it has showed me just how much “The sky is the limit!” I hope I can leave this earth making a greater impact and help people do the same!
