Worked closely with a team of colleagues to meet company objectives and targets. Provided excellent customer service to customers of all ages. Was hired to work during the Christmas sales period as I had previous experience in working in this challenging time. Worked alongside a big team of people to ensure the best service was provided for the customers at John Lewis, this included being very smartly presented and doing what you can to assist in making their shopping experience pleasant. Was given excellent feedback upon leaving by my managers and customers that were highly impressed with my professional character.

Became experienced in using Microsoft and Macintosh to design and create content for assignments. Developed skills on Adobe softwares: Muse, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Dreamweaver and Flash. Produced professional photographs in Photography module and short videos for storytelling and promotion work. Was elected as team leader to lead marketing campaign for Help the Heroes charity, motivated group members, met deadlines and worked together to create a successful campaign based around TV and social media, also developed a mobile application.
