Since joining Wiseminds as an Upwork Business Developer, I’ve been focused on enhancing our profile in areas like Unity Game Development, full-stack development, DevOps, and blockchain projects. Working closely with our CEO, I actively hunt for quality projects, writing customized proposals that have achieved a 30-40% view rate. I've successfully built profiles from scratch and upgraded profiles to Top-Rated on Upwork, always hitting our targets. I oversee two BD's and make sure everything runs smoothly. I was not just about business; I also jumped into project management and collaborated with developers and clients from the project's start to its delivery. I've snagged projects in full-stack development, digital marketing, Flutter, and WordPress development through Upwork and Fiverr.
