At DuPod, a leading manufacturer of fully finished Bathroom Pods, I contribute to the end-to-end production process with a strong focus on operational excellence and process optimization. I initially joined as a Planning Enginner, where I developed skills in production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination. Later, I transitioned into the Production department to apply my planning expertise directly to manufacturing operations. My key responsibilities include: Process Optimization, Production Planning, Manpower Planning & Control, Casting & Production Oversight, ERP Implementation & Utilization, Efficiency Enhancement, Cross-Department Collaboration,  Inventory Monitoring, Continuous Improvement, Training & Development
