Support the Environmental Manager in daily compliance activities and ensure the organization meets regulatory and corporate environmental standards. Oversee field programs, including compliance tracking for environmental conditions and commitments. Manage contractors and review technician reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness before submission to government agencies. Coordinate and implement environmental monitoring programs, including data collection, interpretation, and scheduling to support informed decision-making. Conduct field inspections to assess environmental risks and ensure compliance with Conuma’s environmental policies, standards, and management plans. Provide guidance and resources to contractors to ensure proper interpretation and application of environmental policies and procedures. Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the Environmental Management System (EMS) through document reviews, revisions, and audits. Facilitate communication with government agencies, stakeholders, and First Nations on project-specific environmental matters. Drive integration of environmental policies and practices into all organizational activities to support Conuma’s commitment to sustainability and regulatory compliance. Active member of the Joint Occupational Health & Safety Committee (JOHSC), contributing to hazard identification, incident reviews, and continuous safety improvement.

• Buffed, sealed, grinded and filled ductal and concrete products. • Finished and packed products in accordance with procedure and PMFI standards. • Completed all required documentation for picking, packing and shipping. • Trained a total of ten new staff and provided support leadership to team members on company best production practices. • Proven ability to be on my feet through eight hour shifts and lifting heavy equipment for extended periods of time in a fast paced environment.

Mount pressed plant specimens for the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) Herbarium, using materials and protocol provided by the Herbarium: acid-free paper, special glue; weights, cardboard, etc. all supplied. Data Entry of collected plant data into a computer into an Access Data Program provided by Kawartha Field Naturalist or Excel spreadsheet. Entered data is cross-checked for the most up to data scientific taxonomy using VASCAN. (http://data.canadensys.net/vascan/search .
