Leading public policy for Meta across the Middle East, working at the intersection of technology, regulation, and society. Focusing on shaping regulatory and policy frameworks that enable innovation while addressing real-world risks, including platform safety, crisis response, and the responsible development of AI and emerging technologies. I engage closely with governments, regulators, civil society organisations, and industry partners across the region. Over the course of my career, I have held regional and global operational leadership roles spanning public policy, risk management, and market analysis. I have managed and scaled teams, led crisis response efforts in complex environments, and supported the development of policy and operational approaches in sensitive and fast-moving contexts. I bring a deep understanding of the Middle East and its political, social, and regulatory dynamics, and I’m particularly focused on building trust and constructive dialogue between industry, government, and civil society.
