• Create new offers and services for the Enterprise customers with competitive advantage over the competitor. • Enhance current offering to ensure sustaining the lead position that Zain acquire. • Maintain the health of the current codes in the system and fix any issue related to them. • Manage the delivery of Zain Kuwait Mobility and Services orders • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (Technology) to make sure delivery is on time and within budget. • Manage the delivery ticketing system and workflow. • Monitor held orders, trouble tickets and missed appointments and take prompt actions to ensure delivery SLAs are met. • Monitor Mobility & Services delivery performance against specified KPIs and report on a regular basis to higher management. • Escalate proactively cases that are not feasible to deliver or face severe challenges in delivering • Prepare training material and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure Sales teams receive adequate knowledge transfer on new services.
