National College, where I developed a strong foundation in biochemistry, molecular biology, and genetics. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, I work with AMS, a leading global talent solutions provider, to support Bristol Myers Squibb in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent for their oncology, hematology, immunology, and cardiovascular disease divisions. I collaborate with hiring managers, HR business partners, and recruiters to understand the business needs, design and execute sourcing strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience.
