* The purpose of the project work was to research the current supports and services available to people with a disability (born with or acquired) and that are of an age where their support requirements increase due to aging factors. In addition, as a Project Worker to develop proposal guidelines and concept note template. Following assigned tasks were completed: * Identified ongoing Health concerns for people with a Disability and early aging * Developed skill sets for support workers for people with a disability V’s Aged care workers * Identifying gaps in current care models and researching best person centred practices * Establised communication with other service providers to see what was being done * Developed "Blairlogie Project Proposal" template and guidelines * Assisted Manager Services Development and Strategy in conducting 'Coaching sessions' and measuring staff performance.

* Managed Baluchistan sub-office in Quetta where I supervised HR, Admin and logistic activities along with the relevant staff. Precisely, I was in charge of: * Coordinating with Field Project Staff to address day-to-day staff HR related issues. * Maintaining Administrative levels of office both at district and provincial level. * Recruitment and selection; managing other Provincial HR concerned issues. * Maintaining finance and Bank accounts including cash closing, bank reconciliation, etc. * Maintaining logistical tasks including fleet management, ware housing, etc.

The position was based in Kashmir, where devastating earthquake hit the area. Most responsibilities in this job was performed in emergency context that include investigation and reporting of violation of human rights issues such as domestic violence, forceful eviction from IDP camps, probing and reporting malpractices in relief distribution by relevant government and non-government authorities. Attending cluster group meetings and assisting Protection Officer in designing trainings for strengthening the capacity of MERLIN, national and international staff of humanitarian agencies and Government departments to understand and address the specific protection needs of older people. Moreover, undertaking regular field trips to field sites, IDPs camps and areas of origin to gather disaggregated baseline data related to social protection of older persons. As a Protection Monitor, I also had to flag older people protection issues and propose possible interventions through program development.

Served as survey facilitator and interpreter in AJ&K for eight months in Earthquake affected areas. In this job, I have managed different tasks such as Hiring of Surveyors in five different union councils of Muzzafarabad and Neelum valley, facilitating trainings on data collection methodology and tools, moderating Focus group discussions and Key Informant Interviews with community leaders.
