I have been a compliance auditor for 18+ years. More recently, I have taken on the role of Project Manager. This experience has provided me with a multitude of leadership experience and the success of establishing longterm partnerships with internal and external partners at all levels. My recent MBA journey has further enhanced my learning of strategy and operational efficiencies necessary in all organizations. My passion is leading teams and encouraging the best in the people around me. I enjoy engaging with all stakeholders on a personal level to ensure that professional needs are met. Hard work, enthusiasm and resiliency are my personal mantra. I enjoy challenging work assignments and thrive under pressure.
