* Evaluates and provides reasonable assurance that risk management, control, and governance systems are functioning as intended and will enable the organisation's objectives and goals to be met. * Reports risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to the audit committee and provides recommendations for improving the organisation's operations, in terms of both efficient and effective performance. * Evaluates information security and associated risk exposures. * Evaluates regulatory compliance program with consultation from legal counsel. * Evaluates the organisation's readiness in case of business interruption. * Maintains open communication with management and the audit committee.

* Recording of sales invoices of local and export customers along with the daily sales and their reconciliation of approximately 21 branches. * Extracting outstanding balances of receivables and payables of all branches including local and outdoor customers of UAE and other countries. * Responsible for preparation of financial statements and bank reconciliation statements of group of companies including budget and scheduling for conducting companies statuary audit. * Providing training and supervising junior staff. * Handling the primary part of screening, recruitment and training of prospective employees. * Managing all the salary and other work related to employee welfare, as well as performance assessment. * Motivating employees to give their best to the organization. * Manage day-to-day sale and purchase accounts of assigned sub-division, Present a review of the finance requirements and financial status of sub-department to superiors Submit quarterly financial reports of performance.
