Carry out additional material control related duties as may be required by the Material Control manager. Ensure the control of material receipts, handling, storage, issues, inventory control and distribution at site and maintain an editable record of all material related transactions Co-ordinate with and support the construction field forces in the identification, planning, allocation and issue of project materials and equipment. Support HSE team in conducting hazard identification and risk assessment for warehouse activities.

Maintaining items records, documents necessary information and utilize reports to the project warehouse status. Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy. Determine staffing levels and assign workload. Organize and Maintain inventory and storage area Measure and report the effectiveness warehousing activities and employment performance. Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage and timely delivery of goods and materials. Checking orders, bills items received, inventory levels

Mange teams and guide teams for work. Attend meetings for works in progress and status. Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
