1. Incoming Quality Control (IQC): · Inspecting raw materials, primarily aluminum profiles, for defects like scratches, dents, twists, and dimensional inaccuracies. · Verifying the quality of auxiliary materials: glass (for lamination, tempering, seals), gaskets, thermal breaks, screws, and hardware. · Checking material certificates (e.g., mill certificates for aluminum alloy composition) against purchase orders 2. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): · Fabrication Stage: Monitoring the precision of cutting, drilling, and milling operations. · Assembly Stage: Inspecting the assembly of window/door/facade units for correct fit, squareness, and proper application of thermal breaks. · Welding/Corner Crimping: Checking the quality of welds on classic windows or the strength and alignment of mechanically crimped corners on systemized profiles. · Hardware Installation: Ensuring hardware (handles, hinges, locks) is installed correctly, functions smoothly, and is free of damage. · Glass & Glazing: Inspecting insulating glass units (IGUs) for cleanliness, seal integrity, and proper installation into the frame. Checking for any visual defects like bubbles in laminated glass. 3. Final Inspection & Pre-Dispatch Audit (FQC/OQC): · Conducting a comprehensive final check of the finished product against the customer's order and technical drawings. · Performing functional tests: operability (open/close), locking, water drainage, and air/water infiltration checks if facilities allow. · Verifying surface finish, including anodizing or powder coating, for color consistency, thickness, adhesion, and freedom · Ensuring proper packaging and labeling to prevent damage during transit. 4. Documentation & Reporting: · Maintaining detailed inspection reports, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and quality control logs. · Using checklists and quality control plans to standardize the inspection process. · Recording defect data and analyzing it to identify trends and recurring issues.

Directly manages the QA/QC Section. Oversees the activities of the department ensuring that the tasks are carried out accordingly. Approves working documents, procedures and reports generated by the department. Provides technical support to the Sales & Marketing Department in response to the needs of the current and potential customers. Ensures that the products comply with the national / international standards as required. Ensures reliability of products produced and minimizes risk of quality related issues by directing the department efficiently. Ensures that the processes needed for QMS are established, implemented and maintained. Reports to the Top Management on the performance of QMS and any need for improvement. Ensures that a general awareness of customer requirements is promoted throughout the company. Serves as liaison with the external parties on matters relating to QMS.

Adhere to the prescribed production plan & monitor production process by following quality inspection procedures &cGMP. Monitor and supervise the shift operations in a planned way. Maintain and follow safety standards and ensure 100% safety compliance in and around plant. Up gradation of technology in the process, system and people for high performance delivery. Good knowledge on GMP and Safety. Operation of equipments involved in production. Conceiving and producing APIs& Intermediates. Involved in product delivery, regulatory requirements, quality assurance and quality control.
